Does HelloSubs repeatedly prompt you to enter your bank account info?
This is because the bank account you entered for direct deposit couldn't be verified.
Here's some steps to get it fixed:
- This could be caused by a typo in the routing or account number, you can just reenter it and wait a couple days to see if it's validated.
- If you're sure you entered it correctly, it's possible our system failed it incorrectly, in this case you'll need to send us some evidence of the numbers, like a screenshot, voided check, etc.
- Lastly, make sure that the account you entered is enabled to receive third part deposits, some accounts can only receive money from one specific source.
