How can I access my W-2 and paystubs?

Effective from January 2023 HelloSubs has migrated to our new in-house payroll system
For pay deposited before 2023: Tax documentation and paystubs are stored in your Zenefits accounts. Zenefits managed payroll and securely holds this documentation for you. You can access it on desktop computer at www.zenefits.com.  Log in using the password you created specifically for zenefits after your first assignment. Once logged in you'll see tiles for paystubs and documents.

Having trouble logging into the Zenefits mobile app?  Because we've migrated to our new payroll system, you will no longer be able to sign into the zenefits mobile app, and zenefits will say that you're no longer employed. You can still login at www.zenefits.com on desktop to access your 2022 W2.

For pay deposited from January 1st, 2023: Paystubs, along with your employee profile and settings, are all stored in the HelloSubs Dashboard. After your first payday, you can find them in the my pay section. W2's will be mailed or provided electronically based on your selection. Having trouble logging in? Email support@hellosubs.co. 

2023 Electronic W2's are available in the my pay section of HelloSubs. Be sure to toggle from paystubs, to tax documents. 

If you intend to receive your W2 by mail, it's important that your mailing address be correct in the applicable system.
