How do I deactivate my HelloSubs account?
Deactivating your HelloSubs account is easy. If you'd like to be deactivated, simply email
support@hellosubs.co and let us know you'd like to removed from the sub pool. If you have future assignments on your schedule, please let Support know if you'd like these assignments to be removed from your schedule or if you'd like to be deactivated after you've finished out the remainder of your assignments. It's that easy!
When you are deactivated from the sub pool, you will no longer receive SMS messages.
Once you've been deactivated, please understand that you will no longer have access to your HelloSubs platform.
What do I do if I DON'T want to be deactivated, but I would no longer like to receive SMS messages/emails?
If you'd no longer like to receive SMS messages, reply to our texts with STOP.
