How do I update my direct deposit?
If you're logging on to the HelloSubs platform for the first time, setting up your direct deposit is an easy process. When you log on for the first time, you'll see a big red button that says "Finish Pay Set Up." When you click that button, you'll be prompted to enroll for direct deposit.
Moving forward, if you need to update your direct deposit, follow the steps below:
- Log on to your HelloSubs platform.
- Click the "Settings" tab. You can find this tab on the left-hand side of the screen towards the bottom of the blue bar.
- Click "Pay Settings."
- Click "Review Pay Info."
- Click "Payment method."
- Click "Add account."
- Finally, click "Change payment method." Now you'll be able to select your new account!
