Step 3: Complete the HelloSubs New Hire Orientation.
- Once you've completed the K-12 Background Check Consent Form and signed your HelloSubs Employment Contract, your recruiter will notify our HR representative at Purpose Built Schools that you are ready to schedule your background check appointment (Your recruiter will cc you on this email.). Within the next seven days, she will email you the date and time of your appointment as well as instructions for where to go.
- After you've completed your fingerprint appointment, please notify your recruiter via email to let him or her know that you successfully attended your appointment.
- Once the above is done, it typically takes 1-3 weeks for your recruiter to receive the results of your background check. Please wait patiently until your recruiter notifies you of the status of your results.
