HelloSubs Pay Schedule

At HelloSubs, we ensure timely and reliable payments for all substitutes. Below is an overview of our pay schedule and key details about receiving your earnings.

Payment Schedule

• Direct deposits are processed every Friday for work completed in the previous week (Monday–Sunday).
• Example (2025): If you work anytime between Monday, March 4, and Sunday, March 10, you will receive your direct deposit on Friday, March 15.

Bank Holiday Adjustments

• If a scheduled payday falls on a bank holiday, your payment will be processed the day before the holiday.

Payment Timing

• Funds are guaranteed to arrive in your bank account by 8:30 AM Eastern Time on payday.
• While deposits may arrive earlier, there is no need to contact support unless the payment has not arrived after 8:30 AM ET.

Payment Method

• All payments are made via direct deposit. We do not mail paper checks.
