Section 1: Clearances and Background Checks If you already have up-to-date clearances (completed within the last 2 years) for steps 1-5, please upload pdf files to the Onboarding Portal.
Step 1: Sign National Sex Offender Registry Verification (This was sent to you in a separate email through ZohoSign)
Your HelloSubs Recruiter will file this paperwork with the state for you. You will be mailed the results when it is completed. Please take a picture/scan and upload it to the Onboarding Portal. Step 5: Have you lived outside of Pennsylvania within the last FIVE (5) years? If YES, follow the instructions within this article. If NO, continue to Step 11. Step 6: Do you already have a Child Care Staff Health Assessment that has been completed in the last year? Upload a copy to the Onboarding Portal as you may be able to skip this step! IF NOT: Download, print, and get the Health Check form signed by a health care professional.

Section 2: Early Childhood Trainings
Step 8: Email the receipts for your out-of-pocket expenses (background checks) to support@hellosubs.co. HelloSubs will reimburse up to $200 AFTER you complete 10 worked days. Step 9: Complete Mandatory Reporter Training (First 45 days of work)
- Course can be completed online through the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center. All candidates must complete the state-required Mandatory Reporter Training within their first 45 days of employment. The training reviews proper protocol on how to report instances of abuse or neglect in the classroom.
