Create a job in 1-2 minutes and just a few clicks by following these steps!
Once logged in, click on the School you would like to create a job for. From Overview, click Create Job. Alternatively, you can always create a job by clicking on the drop down menu in the top right corner and clicking Create Job.
Select Start and End Date for the assignment. For multi-day assignments, click "Customize" to remove unneeded coverage dates, such as Holidays or Staff Development days. With the customize tool, you can also customize the week schedule, such as Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
The Report Time and Dismissal Time will prefill to the school's default schedule. However, the times can be changed as needed.
If multiple substitutes are required for the same job, you can change Number of Teachers Required.
Update the Lead Type.
[OPTIONAL] Select grades covered and subject covered.
Input Job Name.
[Optional] Additional Job Details are not required, but you may want to include additional information about the assignment for the substitute, particularly for long-term coverage.
Once all job information is input, you can preview the job before publishing. Once details are confirmed, click 'Create Job'.
